Terms and Conditions 1. Cancellation Policy: A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments. If the appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or in the event of a no-show, the deposit paid for the appointment will be forfeited. This policy helps prevent last-minute cancellations and ensures that we can offer the appointment to other clients.


2. Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds on hair services, including color treatments. During your consultation, we will thoroughly discuss your desired results, assess your hair, and ensure that the service is achievable. By the time payment is taken, both you and your stylist will have agreed on the desired outcome, so no refunds will be issued after services are rendered.


 3. Confidence Guarantee: If you are not fully satisfied with your hair, and both you and your stylist agree that a modification is necessary, we may offer a complimentary alternative service. This will be discussed in detail with the stylist, and it must be a realistic adjustment based on the original consultation.


4. Consultation Requirements: When booking a color service, please bring inspiration pictures and have a detailed discussion with your stylist during the consultation. If you do not communicate your expectations clearly, we are not liable to repeat the service.


 5. Patch Testing: A skin test is required 48 hours before any color service to ensure you are suitable for the chosen treatment. We also may require a hair test to confirm that the desired color or treatment is compatible with your hair type.


6. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we may not be able to complete your full service, and you will still be charged for the booked time.


7. Deposits: A deposit is required to secure all appointments, especially for color and longer services. This deposit is non-refundable but will be deducted from the total cost of your service. If you do not show up or cancel within the 48-hour notice period, the deposit will be forfeited.


8. Payment: Full payment for services is due at the time of completion. We accept [list of payment methods], and payment is expected at the time the service is finished. For long-term bookings or larger services, partial payments may be required in advance.


9. Children and Pets: For safety reasons, we kindly ask that children and pets are not brought into the salon unless they are receiving a service. We want to ensure the comfort and safety of all clients and staff.


 10. Client Responsibilities: Clients must inform the stylist of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before the service begins. This includes but is not limited to skin conditions, hair treatments, medications, or any other relevant health issues that may affect the outcome of the service.


11. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If a client fails to show up for an appointment or cancels without adequate notice (48 hours), they will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a 50% fee of the total service cost if booking again in the future. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.


12. Color Treatment Risks: While we take every precaution, there is a risk of hair color not turning out as expected due to varying factors, including hair type, condition, and previous treatments. We will always provide professional advice and guidance to achieve your desired results but cannot guarantee perfect outcomes for every client due to these variables.


13. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to any client if the behavior is inappropriate, abusive, or if we believe that the treatment requested may compromise the health or safety of the client or stylist.


14. Personal Items: Clients are responsible for their personal items while in the salon. N Starz Hair Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen property.


15. Social Media and Photography Consent: By attending an appointment, you consent to having your hair and/or photos of the services posted on our salon’s social media pages and website for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your photos to be shared, please inform the stylist beforehand.


16. Clothing and Accessories: We recommend wearing dark-colored clothing, preferably black, to your appointment as color stains may occur during hair treatments. We are not liable for any stains on clothing, especially on designer or expensive items. Additionally, please remove any earrings or other jewelry before your appointment, as they may get lost or damaged during the service. These additions cover the protection of your clients’ clothing and jewelry, ensuring they are aware of the risks involved during their visit. Let me know if you’d like any further changes!
